I purchased the wrong item or it arrived damaged. What now?

You have 5 business days to submit your exchange request from the day it is delivered. The warranty process consists of inspecting the part and sending a new one. Therefore, the exchange process is based on: 1) Placing the exchange request within a maximum period of 5 business days. 2) Sending the part back to us. 3) Receiving a new part within 3 days after we receive the damaged part.
